Park information is a guide, not a guarantee
This is the part that matters most. Park hours, fees, fencing, water availability and closures change without notice, and municipal parks are not obliged to tell anyone. Business listings and sponsorship
Listings are compiled as a directory of businesses relevant to dog owners; inclusion is not an endorsement, a recommendation, or a warranty about the business. Claiming a listing requires verification, and claims that cannot be verified will be refused.
Sponsored placements and advertisements are labelled as such. Sponsorship affects placement and prominence only — it does not affect any park’s score. Denver Dog Parks is not a party to anything that happens between you and a business you contact through the site, including the quality of care, price, or outcome.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site in bulk, attempt to bypass rate limits or bot protection, probe its security, or use it to send spam. Automated access that degrades the service for other people is not permitted.
Liability
Denver Dog Parks is provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the same extent, Jorge Villagran is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its information — including a wasted trip, a closed park, or a dispute with a listed business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and disputes belong to the courts of Denver, Colorado.
